Engineering Research

Our Engineer-to-Engineer support includes same-day / next-day custom samples to qualified customers, designed and built by some of the industry’s best magnetics experts. We develop solutions based on input consisting of anything from a telephone conversation all the way through complete construction and test specifications. All of material comply with ROHS and EU Reach regulation. All products are available in Pb-free, RoHS and Reach compliant versions. We also can design and select this material based on this requirement of halogen free.  The design will meet Safety Agency Requirements - UL Insulation Systems and IEC 60601 / 60665 / 60950. Our central lab can support all engineering evaluation and engineering qualification test based on AEC –Q200 standard.

Engineering Capabilities

Our in-house Design & Development lab, Mechanical Tooling Workshop and Plastic Molding facility enables us to provide customize solutions in quick turn. We have full automotive testing lab to support AEC - Q200 qualification test.

Engineering can support both mechanical and electric design per 2D and 3D drawing.
